Before we print anything, you approve a proof — so you always know exactly what's coming.

If what shows up isn't what you approved, or anything's wrong from our side — the print, the stitching, the garments — we make it right. Your choice:

Either way there's one simple step: we send you a prepaid shipping label and the order comes back to us. It costs you nothing — shipping is on us, both directions.

(When the problem is obvious, we'll often just tell you to keep the order and skip the return — our call, case by case.)

One piece of common sense: the guarantee covers what's wrong from our production — not the normal beating work puts on clothes. If something's off from our side, you'll usually see it within the first couple of weeks. Whenever you do, just tell us.
