We are a Screen Printing/Embroidery/DTG Shop which main focus is to produce high quality prints and to provide supreme customer service in a way that we are not even driven by money but by our vision, we obviously run a business, so we need money to keep running but we found that striving to be best in what we do makes us feel so good that we don't do this to become rich, but to become the best in this craft, from when we finish a job and we admire how good it looks to when we show it to our clients and see their happy faces, that fill our hearts.
We are a Customer Focused, Solution Based shop. Meaning that we take special care of each job, we ask all pertaining questions to offer the right solution to each client specific situation, there no 2 orders the same, we keep open communication with our clients and educate them to make sure they understand every part of the job, and all possible options and solutions, that's how we are able to provide 100% satisfaction guaranteed, we really go a few steps forward to provide superior service, that's how we stand out our competitors, and how we won our space in this industry.
Our Story
On 2019 my wife and me started the screen printing journey as a side business for our clothing brand, we loved the craft and after we perfectionated it, we started offering our screen printing services to other businesses, we loved it so much that on 2020 we decided to go all in and offer quality focused screen printing services, even after all the challenges that the pandemic brought, we invested in only the best pro equipment available in the market to provide the highest quality services and stand out the market for our high quality at competitive pricing, on 2021 we started working full-time in Alien Prints, and we also bought a Direct-to-Garment printer to start offering full color prints and low minimum order quantities, on 2022 we bought an embroidery machine to be able to offer embroidery as well, on 2023 we purchased an automatic screen printing press in which we are able to print up to 4,000 Shirts in a shift, and there is more to come that we'll show when the time comes. Every single day has brought its own challenges, but we feel very happy to bring our impact to this industry, only doing the best or not doing it at all.
